One Stop Shop Deep Retrofit
With SEAI's One Stop Shop service, a registered provider manages a whole-house energy upgrade for you, from assessment and grants to the works and final BER. The aim is a B2 rating or better, some grant rates are higher than individual grants, and the grant is deducted from your bill.
- A managed whole-house upgrade
- Aims for a B2 BER or better
- Grant deducted from your invoice
- Higher rates on some measures
How it works
- Home energy assessment: the provider surveys your home and recommends upgrades.
- Plan and quote: you get a fixed quote and the expected BER.
- Grants: the provider applies on your behalf.
- Works: insulation, windows, ventilation and heating, usually including a heat pump.
- Final BER: confirms the new rating.
